An Ideal Beef Marinade

Steak, being one of our favorite and easiest dishes to make, needs an absolutely perfect recipe. Actually it needs a little less than a recipe; it takes two things to make the perfect steak. The first one is a good type of steak, depending on your tastes, some individuals prefer Wagyu beef, and others enjoy Coeur de filet steaks, others an entrecote. The second thing that determines how well our steak is cooked, is the marinade prepared for the steak.

After years, and years of experimenting in the kitchen we found a full proof way to make the most perfect steaks you could ever have, and the secret lies in our magic marinade, a recipe which we will share with you today.

To marinate one kilo of steak you will need the following ingredients:

  • One and a half cups of olive oil
  • Three quarters a cup of soy sauce
  • Half a cup of wine
  • One fourth of a cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • Two peeled and crushed cloves of garlic
  • Two table spoons of dry mustard
  • One table spoon of noix de muscade
  • Two table spoons of rosemary
  • Two table spoons of ground pepper

The ingredients are super simple, and they can all be found at your nearest grocery store, or supermarket. The trick is to place the steak in the marinade for around two to three hours. Keep the contents refrigerated.

Once the meat is well marinated heat the oven at 250 degrees Celsius, introduce the meat and marinade into the oven, covering them. When the marinade boils, set the timer onto one hour. Once the dish is ready, leave the dish to rest for fifteen minutes, before slicing and serving. Voila!
