11-Year-Old Arnav Sharma Scores Higher IQ Than Hawking & Einstein

Arnav Sharma has a higher IQ than Hawking & Einstein

An 11-year-old from the United Kingdom has scored a higher IQ than both Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking.

While it takes around 140 IQ to be classified a genius and geniuses like Hawking and Einstein scoring 160, pre-teen Arnav Sharma scored an astonishing 162 – the highest result possible to achieve through a test. With two points higher than either of the two iconic geniuses, Sharma could possibly be one of the smartest people to ever live.

Apparently, the boy, who is from Reading, in Berkshire, England, did not even study or prepare for the test in any way.

With such results on the test, which measures a person’s reasoning ability, he is put among the smartest one percent of the UK population.

The boy, who was born in India, told reporters that he didn’t prepare and wasn’t even anxious before the exams.

His mother had been told that she had an exceptional child ever since he was a toddler she said, but she wouldn’t believe it at the time.

However, she started to realize the boys mathematical abilities once he became older. Two and a half years older that is.

Arnav is now a member of MENSA, a club so exclusive that the only way to get in is to have an IQ score putting one among the top 2 percent of the country’s population.
