Situated right next to The Pearl-Qatar, Gewan Island will be the countries most innovative and modern island.
Gewan Island, the latest mega-project by UDC, will offer a luxurious living experience, right next to The Pearl-Doha.
The island will have waterfront and beachfront villas, as well as private island villas, stretched across 400,000 square meters of prime real estate in the middle of the Qatari gulf.
Expected to be completed by the end of 2021, Gewan Island will have the capacity to accommodate 3,000 permanent residents and 6,000 daily visitors – making overall capacity at 9,000 people.

People interested in living on Gewan Island have a fine selection real estate to choose from.
A total of 611 units will be built on the island, including including beachfront 558 apartments, 26 waterfront villas, 21 beach front villas, and six private island villas.
There will also be an additional 21 square meters dedicated to retail space and residential buildings.
The island is part of UDC’s QR5.5 billion-strong five-year strategy, of which QR2.5 billion will be spent on Gewan Island.
