There’s a fan-made Harry Potter prequel about the origins of Voldemort and you can watch it for free on YouTube.
The Italian moviemaker Gianmaria Pezzato has independently made a movie titled Voldemort: Origins of the Heir, about how Tom Riddle became he-who-must-not-be-named.
Weirdly enough, Warner Bros. had a small problem with the project at first – they wanted it to be non-profit. So Pezzato went ahead and shot his movie and made it available for free on YouTube.
As of today, January 18, 2018, the movie has more than 8.6 million views and nearly half a million thumbs up.

Inspired by JK Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Stefano Rossi stars as a young Tom Marvolo Riddle who is seeking to become the most powerful wizard in the world. The movie also introduces us to the other Hogwarts houses’ heirs.
The movie is clearly, and naturally, a low budget film, so don’t expect it to have the same graphics as the Hollywood-grade Harry Potter movies. But it is still witness the events leading up to the movies. If you’re a true fan of the wizarding world then you’ll really enjoy it.
Since it is free and up on social media, we saved you Google search and have the full movie below. enjoy!
