Who Is Shadia Bseiso – The First Arab Female Wrestler With WWE

Shadia Bseiso becomes the first Female Arab wrestler with WWE

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) just signed a new diva, Shadia Bseiso, their first female Arab wrestler.

From among 40 men and women who were invited to the exclusive talent tryout that was held in Dubai earlier this year, Shadia Bseiso landed a contract and is to become the first female Arab wrestler at WWE.

Bseiso, who was born in Jordan, is well trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a “CrossFit enthusiast”, according to a WWE release.

“Bseiso’s athletic abilities, confidence, and natural charisma – the last of which she showcased as a bilingual TV presenter – earned her the opportunity to further develop her skills with WWE,” the release said.

Besides being an accomplished athlete, Bseiso was a host for Virgin Radio and operates her own Dubai-based company, SDB Media.

“It is an honor to be the first-ever woman from the Middle East to sign with WWE,” she said.

“I have visited the Performance Center and attended the Mae Young Classic. I have personally witnessed the power of WWE and the passion of WWE fans. I look forward to starting on my path to becoming a WWE Superstar.”

She will start training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, this upcoming January.

Current WWE Divas should watch their backs, because Shadia Bseiso is coming and she’s going straight to the title game.
