1½ Cup all-purpose flour
1½ Cup Cornstarch
1 Egg
½ Cup of Water

Garlic and onion powder

Start off with the sauce. Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and the honey. Since consistency and flavors differ, taste to see if you’d like to add something and set it aside in the fridge.

Then you will want to prepare the batter mix. Whisk up ⅓ cup flour with ⅓ cup cornstarch, the egg, ½ tablespoon salt, ½ tablespoon pepper and ½ a cup of cold water. Mix them up real good and roll around your shrimps in the mix to get an even and thick coat.

Now it is time to heat the oil. In a deep pan, put about 2½ cm of oil and put it above medium heat.

You’re almost done. Before frying your shrimp, you’ll need to season them. Mix ½ cup of flour with ½ cup cornstarch, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tablespoon of each, garlic and onion powder.

Coat all your shrimps in the seasoning, and you’re ready to fry. Drop the shrimps in the hot oil and fry between 2 to 3 minutes. When they are done, remove them from the pan and put them in a plate over some paper towels.

When all shrimp are done, mix them with the sauce and serve over some lettuce and garnish with chopped spring onion.
