1 Kilogram chicken wings
1 Cup of tabasco hot sauce
8 Cloves ground garlic
6 Teaspoons unsalted butter
1 Tablespoon apple vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons chopped jalapenos
2 Tablespoons fresh black pepper
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
Season the wings with salt and pepper and throw them over a hot grill, and keep them tight together. Grill each side for 3 minutes, twice.
Meanwhile mix the garlic, hot sauce, jalapenos, honey, butter and vinegar into a large bowl. Mix well until you get an even consistency.
Using a food brush, coat the wings with the sauce. Make sure you leave a thick coat and grill them for 2 minutes a side, or until they have a crisp skin.
