Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Large and ripe avocados
100 Grams semi-sweet chocolate
½ Cup almond milk
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Pinch kosher salt
Blueberries and raspberries

First you need to melt the chocolate. Break the chocolate into pieces and place them in a heat-tolerant bowl. Put the bowl over a pot of boiling water and stir until melted, then set aside.

Cut the avocados in halves and deseed them. Dig out the flesh and put into a blender together with the almond milk, honey and salt.

Mix until you get an even consistency, then pour into individual cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Top your avocado chocolate mousse with the berries and enjoy!
