Cheesecake Balls – Ramadan Yummies

As part of Ramadan spirit, The Life Pile will suggest daily recipes that are easy and tasty. Today’s recipe is: Cheesecake Balls

Cheesecake Balls

2 Tablespoon butter
200 Grams cream cheese
2 Cans sweetened condensed milk
½ Cup of white chocolate
Crushed digestive biscuits

Over low heat, melt the butter and cream cheese in saucepan until you get an even mixture. Start by adding the condensed milk small portions at a time, and keep stirring until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Add the white chocolate and keep stirring until you get a thick consistency, and starts seeing the bottom of the pan for a few seconds as you stir.

Pour your mix into a greased or oiled up dish and cool in the fridge for an hour. You will notice that the mixture solidified, but can still be easily moulded.

When the mix it just right, break away piece and roll them into small balls using your palms. Dip your cheesecake balls in the digestive crumbs.

Note: Better store your cheesecake balls refrigerated to keep them from melting.
