Salads That Aren’t Horrible

Green salads are boring, they are foods we eat on the side. Never as a main dish or a whole lunch. However greens, and vegetables often contain brilliant benefits, and amazing nutrients. So this week we have been experimenting with greens, and we have come across a number of delicious salads, so we thought of spicing up your kitchens as well, and sharing our salad recipes with you.

Now the best thing about these salads is that they contain amazing benefits, and vitamins, and you can definitely replace lunch with these recipes.

Rocca Steak: 


  • Pomgrdenade (1/4 of a cup)
  • Pumpkin seeds (1/4 of a cup)
  • Small Slices of Grilled Steak Filet (100 grams)
  • Rocca (and other greens of your choice)
  • Cherry tomatoes (as desired)
  • Croutons (as desired)


  • Balsamic dressing

Greens Chicken & Pasta: 


  • Cooked Pasta (100 grams)
  • Grilled & Sliced Chicken Breast (100 grams)
  • Dried tomato (as desired)
  • Lettuce (and other greens if desired)
  • Pine nuts (50 grams)
  • Cherry tomatoes (as desired)


  • Pesto sauce

Quinoa Watermelon Halloumi: 


  • Quinoa (one cup)
  • Diced Halloumi (100 grams)
  • Diced Watermelon (100 grams)
  • Walnuts (as desired)


  • Lemon Olive Oil
