Every single day, we wake up, eat, drink, run errands, work, sleep, walk, and do countless of things, which eventually turn into habits. Habits are the things we do regularly, they are the little things we keep repeating, and they are the voluntary actions that turn involuntary. Some habits are bad, others are good, and however the good habits can be easily acquired with a little bit of perseverance. So today we have rounded up a list of habits we feel make a human being more positive, and healthier.

  1. Invest thirty minutes a day in a creative hobby.
  2. Make sure to read at least ten pages of a book daily, before bed.
  3. Every day, count five things you are grateful for.
  4. Sit in the sun for five minutes.
  5. Give yourself two minutes in front of the mirror, and always remind yourself of the things you love about your body.
  6. Give up small material possessions, what you do not need, give to someone who would appreciate it.
  7. Find time to meditate for ten minutes a day, closing your eyes, and focusing on breathing.
  8. Recollect the events of the day, and be thankful for those who have added value.
  9. Drink a glass of water every hour.
  10. Make one of your meals a really healthy one, whether it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner, depending on your preference.
