A Timeless Aroma: Cartier’s Baiser Volé

Cartier Baiser Vole

Louis Francois Cartier founded Cartier in 1847. Cartier as many of you are already aware is a jewelry designer, but not just any jewelry designer, Cartier was the firm responsible for the new vocabulary in gemology and bijoutrie during the 1940’s. Cartier has adorned the necks, arms, and fingers, of the world’s royalty; from the Duchess of Cambridge, to the Duchess of Windsor, to icons such as Elizabeth Taylor.

One of Cartier’s most notable creations still worn to this day is the Halo Tiara made by Cartier in 1936 by King George, during his time as the Duke of York, for his wife the Duchess, later Queen Elizabeth. The same Tiara was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge during her wedding day.

Cartier has also launched a series of different products ranging from watches, to leather wear, accessories, home decor, and many other products, also including a wide line of perfume, and eye wear into its collection.

So, speaking of Cartier, we have recently tried an amazing perfume by Cartier that we would like to tell you about. Cartier describes it as “A perfume that leaves a lingering trail. Every aspect of the lily, a flower of pure femininity… A flower of intoxicating aura that leaves men under its spell, a raw emotion, a stolen kiss, for a moment of pure passion.”

This product is the type you would fall in love with, and prefer over any other product. The perfume is so subtle, and yet super intense, but with a beautiful soft smell. Based on the aroma of the Fleur De Lys this perfume lingers perfectly.

I was actually asked numerous times of the type of perfume I was wearing while I was sporting the Cartier Baiser Vole.

What is awesome is that if you’re ever at an airport duty free, the product comes in a traveler’s edition. The traveler’s edition includes a lait corporel or body milk, as well as the perfume. This is a really recommended product. Perfume is subjective, but if we were to share our favorite, which we are, then Cartier’s Baiser Vole is our first pick.
