French fries is one of the world’s most popular foods, but there’s an equally tasty, healthier alternative.
There’s almost no meal in the world that you can’t add a side order of fries to, they are simply heavenly. For many reasons (like fries being crunchy, savory and super good), people are unable to cut them out of their diets when they’re trying to be healthier.
Fortunately, you can have non-fried fries. With this simple recipe, you can make oven baked, non-fry fries in no time, and they’re just as yummy.
You will need:
A few potatoes
A bit of olive oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic and onion powder for seasoning

Preheat oven to 230 degrees C while you prepare the potato.
Cut the potatoes into wedges or circles, and coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can also add the garlic and onion powder, as well as any other seasoning you’d like. Using only salt and pepper is fine though.
Place and spread them evenly across a baking sheet and put them into the over for around 45 minutes.
Your oven baked fries should be ready by now. Enjoy them while hot, and use your favorite sauce for dipping.
