Trenton McKinley miraculously woke up from his coma just after his parents signed paperwork to donate his organs.
Trenton McKinley from Alabama, USA, has regained consciousness a day before he was supposed go off life support after his parents signed off on donating his organs.
The 13-year-old has suffered from severe brain trauma after a car trailer he was riding on flipped over.
Doctors had told his parents that he had no chance of recovering, and that his organs matched five children who were waiting for a donor.

“I was in an open field walking straight. There’s no other explanation but God. There’s no other way. Even doctors said it,” he told reporters.
He had suffered seven skull fractions and was clinically dead for fifteen minutes after the accident in March.
His parents were told that he would “never be normal again” and would remain in a vegetable state if he was to survive.
His mother told CBS News that she agreed to sign the organ donation papers when she found out that he could help save the lives of five children.

Trenton is now going through a slow recovery process and still suffers from pain and seizures. He will also have undergo surgery to reconnect half of his skull, which currently lies frozen at the hospital.
“I hit the concrete, and the trailer landed on top of my head. After that, I don’t remember anything,” The teenager said.
Today, Trenton is talking and walking, and is able to read and solve maths problems. His family started a fundraiser on Facebook to help raise money for his medical expenses.
