If you missed the first time around, the Aspire Lake Festival is returning this weekend.
The Aspire Lake Festival was first held in November for a trial, and has now been renewed after huge public popularity.
The Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF), in partnership with Ooredoo, Qatar Airways, Katara and the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, is finalizing preparations for the 2nd Aspire Lake Festival.

The event will take place on Friday and Saturday, March 23 and 24, starting 8:00 in the evening.
The show will accompany visitors on half-hour-ling “Magical Journey”, with the participation of more than 40 talented theatrical artists and fireworks experts.
It will be directed by the French fireworks art wizard and director Christophe Berthonneau, who previously worked on the closing ceremonies of the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the 2011 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar, among others.

“The first Aspire Lake Festival was a great learning experience. AZF has built on the feedback of visitors, performers and organizers to ensure we host an even bigger and better event this time. This year’s event will be an entirely new and unique experience for visitors,” said Kholoud Al Hail, Chairperson of the festival’s organizing committee.
There will also be food and beverage stalls available for visitors to catch some refreshments.
