Middle East Partnership Between Netflix and OSN

New OSN and Netflix partnership will change entertainment in the region

OSN, the MENA region’s leading entertainment network, has partnered up with Netflix, and it’s gonna change everything.

Netflix just announced that they have signed a collaboration agreement with OSN, making it their first partnership deal in the Middle East and North Africa region.

As more and more people are opting for on-demand entertainment, regular TV schedules are becoming less and less popular. While OSN have had on-demand TV for a while, the new deal will open up a whole new world for their users.

Soon, OSN customers will be able to browse through Netflix’s vast media library and watch it directly through the OSN box, Netflix announced through a press release on Saturday.

“The future of the entertainment industry in the MENA region will be shaped by providers who offer value and choice at every turn, and through this groundbreaking partnership with Netflix, we are demonstrating our customer-centric focus on delivering convenience and flexibility for all.” OSN CEO Martin Stewart was quoted saying.

Under the new deal, more people will have access to critically acclaimed Hollywood movie, documentaries, indie films, stand-up specials, and a whole lot of Netflix Original Shows and Movies.

Maria Ferreras, VP Business Development for EMEA at Netflix, said that “with this regional partnership and thanks to hundreds of Netflix’s original titles slated for 2018, OSN’s customers will be able to seamlessly access and enjoy all the best entertainment in one place.”

Viewers will also be able to renew and pay for their Netflix subscription through a unified OSN bill.
