Carrying ‘A Brand New Tradition’, Shop Qatar 2018 will be entertained by Bollywood sensation Sonu Nigam and hitmakers Chainsmokers.
As with every year, the country will kick-start the new year with the Shop Qatar 2018 festival, this year under the slogan ‘A Brand New Tradition’.
Starting January 7, the country’s biggest shopping festival will run for an entire month, offering residents exceptional discounts and deals, as well as live entertainment and fun activities.

Shop Qatar 2018 will be focused on embracing the country’s rich cultural diversity, and is divided into three parts – Arabian Week (Jan 7 – 13), Bollywood Week (Jan 14 – 20) and International Week (Jan 21 – Feb 7).
It has been confirmed that both India’s Sonu Nigam and American duo the Chainsmokers will put exhilarating performances during Shop Qatar 2018.
Sonu Nigam
The sensational Indian artist who have performed more than 11,100 songs in Hindi, Sonu Nigam, will perform some of his top hits (Kal Ho Naa Ho, Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin, Suraj Hua Maddham, Tanhayee) during Bollywood week, on January 19.

The show will start at 7 pm at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center, with tickets ranging from QR50 to QR1,000.

The Chainsmokers
Known for their chart-breaking hits “Closer” and “Something Just Like This”, the Chainsmokers will rock the night away during International Week, on January 25.

Doors at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre will open at 9 pm, with tickets priced at Q275 for general admission, QR550 for VIP and QR990 for Royal.
