This How You Make Cloud Eggs

Cloud eggs

Cloud eggs are the internet’s food lovers’ newest obsession and they are so easy to make.

Sometimes the foods that look very hard to make are the easiest. That applies to cloud eggs, the latest internet sensation. Have a few eggs ready and we’ll teach you the rest.

Before you start anything, you’d want to preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius. By the time it reaches the desired temperature, your eggs will be ready to slide in.Separating whites from yolks

Crack your eggs open and separate the yolk from the whites. While you put all whites in one big bowl, keep the yolk inside the shell or save them separately so they don’t mix.

If you have an electric mixer, use it to whip the egg whites until they turn into a meringue. If not, do it the hard way. Whisk the whites manually until you get a cloudy consistency. Don’t forget to add a bit of salt to your mix.

Whipping whites

On a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper on, take big spoonfuls of your whites cream and place them spaced apart. Using the spoon, make small pockets for the yolks.

Bake the egg whites in the oven for three minutes, then take them out and gently pour the egg yolks into the pockets, and put them back for another three minutes.

Garnished cloud eggs

Your cloud eggs are now ready. Garnish with what you like and enjoy!
