The 8th Qatar International Food Festival organizers are promising visitors a tantalising food experiences at the end of March.

This year’s installment of the Qatar International Food Festival is all set and ready to give your tastebuds the ride of their life.

Organized by the Qatar Tourism Authority, this year’s event is in strategic partnership with Katara Hospitality and will be held at Hotel Park, overlooking the Doha Corniche. The 11-day the culinary exhibition will take place daily from Wednesday, March 29, until Saturday, April 8.

The QIFF is an annual food celebration that takes place in Doha, offering visitors the chance to try on food and beverages from a wide range culinary disciplines across cultures from all corners of the globe.

Thousands of visitors head down to the QIFF to try exotic foods and watch live cooking shows within a festive atmosphere in the heart of the city.

While prior food festivals were on only a week long, this one will be longer, and will be bringing in some of Qatar’s most popular restaurants, both international and local, to give you an eating experience able to tease any appetite.

Participating restaurants and chefs will be preparing your choice from an extraordinarily delicious QIFF Menu that comes in four price classes, 59, 99, 139 and 179 Qatar Riyals each. Those looking for small bite of everything can however just pick and choose from kiosks and snack bars spread out all over the venue, where prices range from QR 5 to QR 35.

Newest addition to the Festival, Chef’s Table, will be giving diners at select hotel restaurants across the country the opportunity to dine directly off a live cooking show with some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs.

The Qatar International Food Festival has been an annual event since 2010 and has since grown into one of the country’s largest events, bringing in a record of over 300,000 visitors last year.
