National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the American national space research agency, have announced that they will be hosting a major conference where they will be revealing information about exoplanets, planets that are orbiting stars beyond our own solar system.

There has been a lot of interest in exoplanets recently because scientists are hopeful that there must be an Earth-like planet out there somewhere, which can have material that are essential to host life as well as resources that are heavily exhausted here on Earth.

Such planets are being discovered all the time, while some are believed to resemble Earth, their distant proximity makes them difficult to study. All information scientist have to study exoplanets with are through observations.

The big conference will take place on February 22, at 1 PM New York time. You can watch it live anywhere in the world through NASA’s own television station or through live streaming via their website.

Being sure that their revelation will spark controversy and raise many questions, NASA has said that they will give the public a chance to have their questions answered through the hashtag #AskNASA during the conference itself, as well as during their Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) session directly after it.

We will be watching the conference and bringing you the biggest revelations, let’s hope they tell us something juicy.
