Ahmed bin Mohammed Military College just graduated its 12th class and inaugurated a new training building.

Under the patronage of the Ruler of Qatar, Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Ahmed bin Mohammed Military College just graduated its 12th class of officer cadets. The class included 90 officer cadets trained for the Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, Lekhwiya, Emiri Guard, and state security as well.

These new proud additions to the country’s security and defense sectors have received training in Qatar, as well as in Mongolia, Britain and France, on the latest security and defense techniques.

The ceremony was attended by the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, along with members of the royal family, ministers and ranking officers from the Qatari Armed Forces, the Ministry of Interior, as well as from military colleges in friendly countries.

The ceremony and honoring of outstanding cadets was followed by a performance from the Pakistani military band, which was present 52-man strong.

The cadets concluded the ceremony with the oath, followed by the national anthem.

Ahmed bin Mohammed Military College also inaugurated their new Rashash 400 building under the patronage of the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Thursday.

The new building includes a hand grenade assault course, a running track, and a military obstacles course.
