Beirut just launched its biggest conference ever, BDL Accelerate 2016, gathering innovators from all over the world under one roof.

The BDL Accelerate conference just kick-off its third installment in the Lebanese capital Beirut, with a sold out ticket count of over 20,000 visitors coming in to meet innovators and entrepreneurs from over 50 countries under one roof. The conference has been officially recognized as the most biggest and most influential in the Middle East and North Africa region, and will focus on the theme “Innovation: Intrapreneurship VS Entrepreneurship”.

Over the 15,000-square meter venue at Forum de Beyrouth, visitors can watch presentations from over 100 influential international innovators across 9 simultaneous stages – the main conference stage, the money stage, the innovation stage, the ecosystem stage, code stage, design stage, executive stage, startup stage and a networking hub.

This year offers an impressive lineup of speakers over three days, from November 3 – 5, with names like the Co-Founder of Apple Steve Wozniak, Governor of the Bank of Lebanon Riad Salame, the creator of Microsoft Surface Steven Bathiche, the first CTO of Spotify Andreas Ehn, and the the creator of the iPod and iPhone Tony Fadell.

The event offers big businesses, as well as startups, to connect and communicate with each other and private individuals. Participants from all over the world have come in to Beirut to see the latest trends in business and technology, learn how kick-start their own companies, and hear some of the ideas behind the biggest businesses and technological advancements of the day.
