Join the Aspire Splash and Dash, the ultimate fun workout for both professionals and beginners.

People tend to work out during winter to have their beach body by summer, but somehow forget to stay healthy during the summer. Summer is a time for fun, not a time for hard work, we agree with you. But there’s a way to challenge yourself physically, stay fit and have fun, all the same time.

Throughout the month of August, Aspire Zone will bring back its famous Splash and Dash every Sunday and Wednesday.

The Splash and Dash is not only the ultimate workout, but also a fun activity to bring your friends or date along to.

Just like the popular bike and run, swim and run activities help you run faster, better and longer. The transition from swimming to running, especially after a long and powerful swim, trains your body to start running fast faster. The stumbling transition you feel when running out of the water is your body adapting. This quick and challenging transition trains your legs to adapt quicker. You were using your legs horizontally, and now you’re using the vertically. It also is a great full body workout.

You can join the Aspire Splash and Dash every Sunday and Wednesday, from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, the whole month of August. The event is open for both men and women, and you will need to know how to swim.
