Philly Cheesesteak – Ramadan Yummies

Philly Cheesesteak

500 grams of steak
3 Chopped green bell pepper
2 Diced onions
6-20 Chopped mushrooms
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
300 Grams Fondel or cheese of your preference

Cut your steak into strips and throw into a pan with heated olive oil and toss around for 2-4 minutes. Then remove the steaks strips and put aside for later.

Over the steak juice, throw in the bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, and cook for 3 minutes. Reintroduce the steak strips and add salt and pepper.

Empty the pan into an oven safe platter, add a layer of cheese over the plate, and put into a preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.

Serve as portions alongside rice or fries, or as sandwiches in baguettes.
