Highest Anticipated E3 Announcements

The annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is about launch at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Tuesday, June 14.

The E3 is an annual trade fair for the video game industry, with developers and retailers from all over the world gathering to discuss and reveal the latest in video-game technology. It is presented by the Entertainment Software Association, and serves as a venue to introduce upcoming games and gaming merchandise by many video-game publishers and accessory manufacturers.

Unlike Gamescom, the event is exclusive to professionals in the video-game industry.

Sony Playstation VR:

Playstation has already announced that will take on augmented reality and are releasing their VR goggles this October. However, people are anticipating big game titles to be released alongside the VR, with hopes of some names being announced this week.

Welcome to the world of connectivity. Watch Dog introduced you to a world where everyone is living under surveillance, and hackers could infiltrate and manipulate anything. Watch Dog 2 takes you deeper into that world, with greater hacking technology and bolder ideas.

The Legend of Zelda

The Nintendo classic is back. Not only is the saga of the Legend of Zelda returning with a new adventure, but Nintendo announced that it will be the only playable Nintendo game at E3. Even though not much is known about the new Zelda game, everyone is excited for it.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare

The newest installment of the Call of Duty franchise, and it has the internet furious. Everything we know about this game is out of speculations from the trailer, but it reveals so much. We know that the new frontier is in space, and that there will be a Lebanese female soldier in the game.

Battlefield 1

The Battlefield franchise is going old school. The newest battle will take place during World War I. Players will have to kick-it like in them golden days with bolt-action rifles, and dynamite. Focusing on battles happening during the first world war, the game will feature weaponry of the day, which will be a change from today’s futuristic shooter games.
