Spinach Artichoke Garlic Bread
1 Cup mozzarella cheese
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup artichoke hearts
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Cup of cream cheese
Melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley
Mix the cream cheese with the mozzarella, spinach, artichoke hearts and garlic powder. Cut the baguette into 4 or 6 six large pieces and empty their stuffing. Using a spoon, stuff the empty baguettes with the mix.
Fold out a sheet of foil on a baking tray and align the pieces of baguette. Mix the melted butter with the minced cloves of garlic and chopped parsley, then use the mix to brush the crush of the bread.
Wrap the foil over the baguette and put into the oven for 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
