MetLib 2016 In Doha

If there is one thing which a blogger loves, it’s a library. To be able to write we must first read. So today, we came to learn of a wonderful initiative taken by the Qatar Foundation. Qatar National Library will be the host of the event MetLib 2016.

What is MetLib? MetLib is an informative event happening in Doha, and organized by the Qatar National Library. The purpose of this event is to emphasize the importance of Libraries. Prominent experts and librarians will discuss the growth and development of metropolitan libraries in Qatar and everywhere in the world during the conference.

The conference is happening at Doha’s National convention center, and it is a five day event beginning on the 23^rd of April, until the 28^th of April 2016. We truly hope this conference sheds light on the utter importance of bringing people the tools, and the ability to receive information, and we honestly know nothing that contains as much wisdom, and information as a library.
