If you have not yet figured it out, we are speaking of the Indian restaurant Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor. The avant-garde locale can host up to sixty people, and it is located at the Melia Hotel. The food at this locale is absolutely brilliant, and exquisitely entertaining, the dishes resemble picturesque colors, and textures, and they are truly art you can eat. 
The menu at Signature includes, tanddori, lobster, duck, and so many more, they also hold a vegetarian section, with scrumptious options, such as avocado chutney kebab, and paneer.
The locale is decorated with dark hues of brown, and the tables are perfectly arranged in white beautiful linens, the restaurant includes an outdoor terrace overlooking Doha’s West Bay
Sanjeev Kapoor, for those who do not know him was the judge for the Indian version of Master Chef, a factor which should make everybody curious, about this connoisseur’s avant garde view on food. Signature is now found in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as well.
