A Step By Step Guide To The Gulf’s Favorite Dish of All Time

One of the most famous foods in the gulf is the Kabsa, a super good dish, which is both delicious and easy to make. This dish is one of the things we most anticipate to have when visiting various areas of the gulf; it is rich in flavors, spices, and aroma.
So to make this dish you will need:
• ½ a cup of butter
• 2 table spoons of olive oil
• 2 cups of water
• 1 kg of diced lamb, or beef filet
• 2 large onions finely chopped
• 6 minced garlic cloves
• 4 cups of diced tomatoes
• 2 cups of basmati rice
• A teaspoon of nutmeg
• A teaspoon of coriander
• A teaspoon of cumin
• A teaspoon of black pepper
• Four cardamom pods
You will need two pots.
In the first pot:
1. Melt the butter
2. Add in the diced lamb
3. Add in the cardamom pods, the cumin, the nutmeg, and the coriander.
4. Cook over medium heat until the beef is well done.
In the second pot:
1. Add in the olive oil, the garlic cloves, and the onions, and cook until they turn golden.
2. Add in the tomatoes and the water, and wait until they come to a boil.
3. Add in the rice, as well as the beef from the first pot.
4. Stir the mixture at first
5. Then wait for the water to evaporate, and the rice to be well done.
And Voila!
This dish is best served with some pine nuts for garnish.
