Erdem X’s 10th Anniversary Film

Erdem is one of our favorite brands, often celebrated for the house’s amazing floral prints. Originally studying fashion in Toronto, Erdem Morialioglu moved to London to intern at Vivienne Westwood, going on to complete his Masters Degree at The Royal College of Art.

His first collection made its debut in 2005, and won him the prestigious Fashion Fringe Prize award. Erdem inspired by American painter Jason Pollock, and in his designs one can find bright red hues, and colorful prints, much like the painter’s gorgeous works.

This year Erdem released an amazing, and extremely interesting fashion film, to celebrate their ten years in fashion. In this film, they chose one dress to signify each year of work in the fashion world, accompanied by an amazing and magical piece of music, the film will give you chills, and make you want to wear floral prints in the middle of winter, much like Erdem’s 2011 winter collection.

Erdem is an amazing and very well acclaimed fashion house, and we salute their work, and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
