Gluten intolerance is a challenging thing to cope with, a very large percentage of carbohydrates and consumables have wheat, flour, or a gluten based ingredient. Hence individuals with gluten intolerance unfortunately, have a smaller list of options with regards to what they are able to eat, however, there are many things which individuals with gluten intolerance can have, without fear of having a reaction.
Today we have come up with a list of these things, one of our lists will include the items which a gluten intolerant person is able to eat, the second list compiles of what a gluten intolerant person cannot eat, and the third is what a gluten intolerant can eat only if specified as gluten free.

- Soy

- Nuts
- Butter J
- Beans, seeds and nuts in their natural, unprocessed form
- Fresh eggs
- Fresh meats, fish and poultry (not breaded, batter-coated or marinated)
- Fruits and vegetables
- Most dairy products
What not to eat:
- Anything with a wheat base
- Breaded food
- Flour
- Malt
- Barley
- Licorice
What to eat only if labeled gluten-free:
- Pasta
- Flavorings
- Oats
- Modified food starch
- Soy sauce
- Processed cheese
