You will need:
A whole eggplant
Preheat the oven at 250 degrees.
Cut the eggplant into thin round slices.
Spread the tomato sauce onto the raw eggplant slices.
Throw in some oregano, fresh basil leaves, rosemary, and garnish the tomato sauce with some salt and pepper.
Proceed to apply the provolone or mozzarella cheese onto the tomato sauce.
Garnish wish some cherry tomatoes.
Slip into the oven for 20 minutes, and enjoy warm!
